If you order the wrong size, then we will only swap for a different size if we have it in stock. You are responsible for ensuring the correct size is ordered.
If an item is in stock it will be sent via Royal Mail tracked, which usually takes up to 5 working days for the UK.

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
