To mark the 100th edition of Giro d’Italia we are adding a stunning and challenging cycling trip based out of the town of Bormio, Italy at the base of the magnificent Passo Dello Stelvio with Team Sky rider and HotChillee CC member Geraint Thomas.

We will take in many of the iconic climbs that will be seen on the Giro d’Italia this year and includes climbs from Stage 16 of the 2017 Edition, namely Passo del Stelvio (the highest mountain pass in Italy and highest point ever reached during the Giro), the Umbrial Pass and Mortirolo.

HCCC member Geraint Thomas loves the region so much that he will be joining us for two days on this trip to share his experiences of the Giro 2017 first hand. Anyone who has met Geraint on the HotChillee Roubaix event will know that he can be very entertaining! Whats more he will be mid UCI World Championships and will be able to brief us on all the latest inside news before flying back to Norway from our soiree to compete in the men’s road race championships on the Sunday.

This region is undoubtedly the pinnacle of the 100th edition of the Giro d’Italia and will be for us HCCC members too!
