Yoga Flow for Cyclists

A 45-minute Yoga Flow class led by Adele Smyth. The class is focussed on the cyclist, however if you have no experience that is absolutely fine as the class will be tailored to everyone’s needs. A great way to start your day and to help you feel energised for the day ahead.
