Winter Gravel/MTB Ride

Join our Hotchillee Ride Captains for a fun and festive off-road ride on our own version of the Dirty Winza route from Esher.

The route will follow river and canal tow paths out to Deepcut, turning north to head to Windsor via Swinley Forest and Dorney Lake. We then head back south through Windsor Great Park and the waterways of Thorpe and Chertsey to re-join our outgoing route at Walton Bridge back to the start.

True to winter riding, the trails will be muddy so mountain bikes are recommended but we welcome die-hard gravellers who can show us a thing or too!

Start and Finish: G!RO Cycles, 2 High Street Esher GB KT10 9RT

Parking: Available at the Civic Car Park behind Costa (opposite G!RO)

Meet: 08:00

Roll: 08:30

Expected finish: mid afternoon

Weather: Please dress appropriately with proper winter gear, but in the event of severe storms, for your safety the ride will be cancelled.

Route: circa. 85km

The ride is limited to 15 riders so hurry before all the slots are full. No RSVP, no ride. We have a no-drop policy and everyone is welcome.
